The Texas Council of Security Excellence (TCOSE) is a private professional standards organization established to advance the professionalism, ethics, leadership, and operational excellence of the private security industry within the State of Texas. Founded by the Texas Association For Internal Security (TAFIS), the Council was created to bridge the gap between business leadership and professional protection services. Our organization promotes the development of highly trained internal security departments capable of protecting people, property, assets, infrastructure, and corporate reputation.
